About Me
Hi 👋🏻 I am a New Jersey native and multi-media artist, Registered Certified Art Therapist, and sole proprietor of Amy Adele Art. I specialize in bold and colorful abstract paintings inspired by the beautiful world around me. I am a formally trained visual artist and received my Bachelors Degree in Art in 2007 from Temple University in Philadelphia. I later received my Master’s Degree in Art Therapy and have worked with various populations and demographics using art making as a form of transformation and healing. Since relocating to Charlotte, NC in 2020, I have taken part in many pop-up events, displayed and sold work in shops and boutiques, and have participated in both solo and group exhibitions.
When I’m not creating, I enjoy writing, being an advocate for others, spending time outside, dancing, and hanging with my cat Phoenix :)
